pozadina bi trebala ostati na mjestu prilikom scrollanja. IE 6 je trebalo dati posebnu instrukciju background-attachment: fixed; no za IE 7 to ne vazi, on onda uopce ni ne prikaze pozadinu. postoji li nacin?

A ako bi stavila textarea u neki div, pa da div ima taj backround a textarea ima background: transparent;
Ovo je samo ideja nisam isprobao
