Attractions in Canberra? Where to visit in Canberra?

Canberra is a capital city of Australia, a beautiful country of peace with the people from different backgrounds, Culture, religions and language. There are lots of things to do and visit in Canberra. I have made a list of attraction as I am local here

War memorial
The Australian War Memorial acknowledges the traditional custodians of the country throughout Australia. It was built in the memory of the lost lives during World War 2. Entry to the war memorial is free. You can view historical weapons used during the war which includes firearms, rifled-muskets, breech loaders,Short Magazine Lee Enfield MkIII*Owen Machine Carbine, Bren Light Machine Gun, Vickers Medium Machine Gun, 3-Inch Mortar, 3.5 Inch M20 Rocket Launcher (Bazooka), 17-Pounder Anti-Tank Gun, M-1951 Armoured Vest. 2. Parliamentary House
One of the most beautifully designed architectural buildings made for parliamentary meetings and sittings for all the cabinets. You can see Ancient Greeks, Athletes, Warriors and heroes.

3. Mount Ainslie Lookout
This is the Lookout point from where you can have a good view of the Canberra and parliament house. This mountain is very famous for hiking and cycling. It is a slope with a rise of 843 meters AHD that is situated in the northeastern rural areas of Canberra, in the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Mount Ainslie exists in part of the Canberra Nature.

4. Australian National Botanic Gardens
It is one of the beautiful Botanical gardens with 4,500 species of plants. You may take in the natural air, tune in to the winged creatures and watch the trees influence the breeze. Go for a walk underneath the overhang of the Rainforest Gully, appreciate an espresso or a back rub, and leave feeling restored. The Gardens is the main spot where you can see the genuine assortment of local Australian plants in a single area. 5. National Zoo and Aquarium
It is situated in Yarralumla at the western side of Lake Burley Griffin, close to Scrivener Dam. The National Zoo and Aquarium is presently open 7 days every week. The National Zoo and Aquarium is exclusive and Australia's just joined Zoo and Aquarium. That is 2 attractions in one! We are arranged on around 25 hectares of land only a little ways from the focal point of Canberra. 6. National Gallery of Australia

8. Joy Cummings place and Canberra Nature park for kangaroo’s
You can find lots of kangaroos In Canberra including Canberra Nature Park, Joy cummings place ,Black Mountain (around Glenloch Interchange at the bottom of Bindubi Street), Tuggeranong Hill, The Pinnacle at Hawker, Mount Painter, Aranda bushland, Farrer Ridge (off Athllon Drive) and Wanniassa Hills are most of the places where you can see bunch of Kangaroos.

9. Lake Burley Griffin and lake Ginninderra:
Lake Burley Griffin is a fake lake in the focal point of Canberra, the capital of Australia. It was finished in 1963 after the Molonglo River—which ran between the downtown area and Parliamentary. Lake Ginninderra is a fake lake situated on the Ginninderra Creek in Canberra. It is contiguous to the Belconnen Town Center. You can see big Ducks swimming in the lake and lots of other birds can be seen. You have access to the barbecue and playground exercise

10. Flower festival Floriade on october for 1 months:
Floriade is a blossom and amusement celebration held yearly in Canberra's Commonwealth Park highlighting broad presentations of blooming bulbs with coordinated models and other masterful highlights. Floriade originates from the Latin word floriat, which intends to structure with blossoms. Floriade is Australia's Biggest Celebration of Spring. For 30 days across September and October, Canberra wakes up with excellence, shading and energy as Floriade praises blossoms, food and family.
Floriade has advanced over its 33-year history and this year will be its greatest turn of events yet as it adjusts to the current scene.

11. Cockington Green Gardens and Questacon
Cockington Green Gardens is a recreation center of miniatures, arranged in Nicholls, Australian Capital Territory. Doug and Brenda Sarah had the plan to make a smaller than normal town in 1972 and Cockington Green was opened on 3 November 1979. Getting around the attractions
Canberra being the Capital city of Australia, it has several means of widely available means of transportation. Hi guys, If you are also travelling to Capital city Canberra, buses are not regularly running on normal hours, so either use Canberra Taxi or Rideshare options. You will have the comfort of mind that your drivers have been vetted through a Police Check . Getting around Canberra is very easy, you can use the following options to travel around Canberra city.
